Thanks, Marilyn, Ruth and Frances!
Frances, with those views I don’t know that I’d ever get any felting done…awesome!

Frances, ,thanks for sharing your photos and giving us some history. I've been to Jacksonvikke but not Amelia Island. I'll have to put it on my bucket list. I hope you get back to felting soon. :-)

Your cats eyes are wonderful. I can't do real life stuff at all. Beautiful spot you have Frances.

Hello Frances, your Condo view is lovely and peaceful looking...beautiful sunset... I would love to put my toes in that white sandy beach and walk along daydreaming.. Smile.

Frances - thanks for the photos and information about Amelia Island. Gorgeous place - I'm sure you'll be inspired by some "beachy land art".

Thanks, Ann and Judy. We all have our strengths, don’t we? And weaknesses?

Nice landscape, Frances Yeah, do a bit of land art while you're there!

For my daily dose, I decided to convert an old sample of mixed sheep’s white roving--which had been wet-felted very loosely--into a butterfly vest for Halloween. I added my hand-dyed orange roving along with some grape colored wool yarn my sis had given to me. (And no, I am not going to trick-or-treat on Halloween). Butterfly Vest by catwycliff, on Flickr Hmmmm, I wonder if this would qualify as “land art” for the 4th Qtr. Challenge...

I love the color combo Cathy! That's a cute idea for butterfly vest. I'll bet there's a little kid out there that would live to go trick or treating as a butterfly.:-)

a lovely butterfly just in time for Halloween. My daily dose was rolling some felt rope to make sheep legs.
