I had some wonderful Swedish clogs back in the 90’s--black leather top, all wooden soles with a layer of rubber grid. I used them for dashing to the mailbox, grabbing the newspaper in wet weather. They were fab and I’d still have them had our puppy not chewed them up. P.S. I now have cats. ;-}}

We used to wear white ones in theatres when I was nursing. They were so comfortable when standing for very long periods. I've had my navy ones since the early '90s. They need to go to the cobbler again for new heels, but cobblers are like hen's teeth these days.

They sell those plastic outdoor clogs in Poundland My dad was obsessed with wood/leather clogs when we were little and made us kids a pair each. The wooden sole is nice. I wore Monkey boots for years and they have a wooden insole.
