All's fair in love, war and felting Judith! They are delicately beautiful - love the stitching.

They are great Judith. The middle one is my favourite. One looks sewn and the others don't. Is that right? Book covers is one of the things I need to work on some more.

They are really lovely Judith. I had a go at making them a while back after following a tutorial from Zed. I took them to my craft fairs, and at the second fair I sold 50% of my stock! - but then I did start with two.....

They are great Judith. The middle one is my favourite. One looks sewn and the others don't. Is that right? Book covers is one of the things I need to work on some more. The autumn leaves are outlined on the machine and lining applied on machine too. - the other 2 are all handstitched - the middle one was glued in place and a piece of strong paper glued to the inside to make it tidy.

Thanks Judith. Are you lining them because of the stitching or for some other reason. I wasn't lining mine but if I stitch on them it would be neater.

Thanks Judith. Are you lining them because of the stitching or for some other reason. I wasn't lining mine but if I stitch on them it would be neater. I just prefer to line the cover board with either fabric or paper as it gives a neater finish.

Hi, I have been having fun playing with my new gelli plate and experimenting with printing on muslin. This muslin can then be nuno felted. I've just made an ipad cover for my mum, nuno felting a gelli-printed picture on the flap, and thought it would be perfect for this challenge.

Jane, I love your entry! The print on muslin really makes the piece.
Almost forgot, what did you print with? Paint? Ink? Dye?

Hi Ruth, thanks. I used paint (Jacquard Neopaque). I was worried that it might wash out with the felting process but it was fine (I did heat set it with an iron).
