Hello Frances, you created a very Happy Christmas tree card, beautiful... Is the background "red locks" and is it needle felted or wet felted??? The sea shell one is very pretty too.
Your UN-Traditional Christmas Meal sounded very good.

Judith - when I click on your photo to enlarge it I get a message from flickr that is private and I cannot view it. But it looks so pretty - I have to try fossilizing leaves again. Thank you very much.
Happy you like the pieces I sent you -they are a mixture of merino/tussah, bamboo and silk hankie. I used the cracked mud technique on the Christmas tree piece.

Judith, I had the same problem as Frances. However, I did see it on facebook and it's beautiful. I love the skeleton leaves.
Frances, your card and gift to judith are lovely. Your use of shells is really creative.

Your UN-Traditional Christmas Meal sounded very good. It is wet felted no locks just different fibers worked together. The edging around the tree portion in embroidery. The shells are some I picked up on the beach here so she has a little bit of Florida now :-)

It’s delightful viewing the handmade Christmas cards as they reach their new homes! Nice work, Judith, Marilyn and Frances. Each so different, but all so lovely.

Frances, I've adjusted my settings so you should be able to view it. Nice to have a bit of Florida, especially as it's so dark and miserable here just now. Judy the flower is organza with a beaded centre.

What lovely exchange gifts everyone has made and received. Mine got mailed on Thursday. I hope it doesn't take to long to get to the Yukon.
