Lovely angel! I agree Cathy, the cards and gifts have been wonderful. I hope everyone receives their exchange this year.

I received my card today from Jane (Janekiwi). It is two sided (I'm so impressed Jane!) one side has an address and greeting the other is a New Zealand themed card. It was wet felted with NZ Merino and some Gotland wool around the edges. She included some silk embellishment and hand stitched beads and Paua shell pieces to give it a Pacific Ocean feel. The gorgeous red flower is a native Pohutukawa flower often called a NZ Christmas tree. She also hand stitched the flower to give it more definition. It's spectacular Jane! I have to visit and see these flowers for myself one day. feltingandfiberstudio.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/vdw4expf8_c0p6hkigxk.jpgfeltingandfiberstudio.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/ili_hmxjmrpn8trikqgt.jpgThank you so much!

Great card, Jane I'd actually heard of a Pohutukawa because my girlfriend loved Outrageous Fortune (tv series) and spotted the tree on there!
