Many thanks for your comments--Marilyn, Ann and Judy! It is indeed waterfalls, in this case, the famous BridalVeil Fall at Yosemite National Park. There are other Falls there, of course, but this is the one I hiked, seriously. It was in the late 90’s. Yes, I was younger then.

I've been busy working on my Monet and preparing to teach a basic wet felting class at The Fold in Marengo in November. You'll see the Monet tomorrow on the Studio blog. But I forgot I had promised to post the pods I did for my son and his wife before I went to Florida. Here they are: feltingandfiberstudio.files.wordpress.com/2016/08/qz7xhi2gltbhfuam5src.jpg What are you working on?

Ann, the sheep are so cute! And the bags are lovelyl
Judy, the green pod was a combination of polworth/silk, merino, domestic 56. The teal one was Romney, merino, cheviot. Both were embellished with mulberry silk and throwsters waste. Thanks!

A nice blend of wools. The silk makes them shine.
