Yes - There are Flickr instructions in the first section of the forum and that is the easiest way. If you don't have a Flickr account it is easy to sign up and free.

Went to my first regular meeting of the Artist's Alliance. This is a much more professional group than I have ever joined before. Was a little apprehensive to be in the middle of all these professionals, but they really appreciated my work and welcomed me. I am exhibiting in their juried show this month. Was happy to jury in. Tomorrow I will finish my Dewey Bird project and now my daughter wants one of her dog Snickers. Went to the drug store and bought a couple of Snickers bars. Will use the wrappers in the piece.

well I am glad you found a place the appreciate your work. Its no fun when you have to keep explaining your art to people who should know. Sounds like a good excuse to buy some chocolate bars.

Still working on my bead book. I'm down to the last edge on my fringe page. My goal is to finish that today.

Well, my husband already ate the chocolate bars, but I need to lose 2 more pounds from the holidays, so that is ok. I did finish my Dewey the cockatiel project today. It is not the greatest work of art I have ever done, but my granddaughter will love this. Next is the Snickers project with my daughter's dog. lol If you want to see Dewey on my blog, here is the link. Getting dinner over so I can watch Downton Abbey tonight. judysfiberart.blogspot.com/2013/01/dewey.html

Ruth - Your book is both impressive and beautiful - I love the colour combo. Judy - Dewey is wonderful and a 'happy' piece of art. I hope you enjoy Downton. I've had one of those weeks when nothing has gone to plan. But I'm not downhearted because I've made sure I've had my 'daily dose of fiber' (it's been mostly knitting because I can do a few rows almost anywhere and at any time). feltingandfiberstudio.files.wordpress.com/2016/08/pdpga0pm2bnp8rgncn6q.jpgI have, at least, decided on my next vessel and I've managed to cut a template. I saw an essential oil burner in a charity shop and that's my inspiration....fingers crossed.

Wow Ruth that is a book to behold. I hope you get top marks for all your studious work. Dewey looks great, Judy Lyn are you going to put big holes in it too? I did that with one but it wasn't strong enough with the wool I used and is slowly collapsed under its own weight. A little more stitching for me today, while I watch some TV

That is an extraordinary book, to say the least. Beading is very time consuming, so I know you put a lot of time into it. The vessels look so much better when they are made from felt. They have more texture. Interesting.

Ann - I'm not going to try to make an exact copy because as you say it would collapse. I'm using it for inspiration only. I'd be interested to see your hat that's now a purse - it sounds exciting.
