I wish, but I went last year and still have the larger part of 3 fleeces left to use from that visit! Have fun and give the black nose valais a scratch behind the ears from me (I was very tempted to steal them, they are soooo cute).

I'll be away... Very strange but I've never managed to get there, always something was going on at that moment - I'm away, or my husband is away (I do not drive), or we have visitors at that very weekend or smth else stops me to go there. Enjoy your time there Judith!

Yes Zed I have gone there two or three times in the last few years and a few times about ten years ago( I had a few years working overseas in between visits). It is a great place to learn about different breeds of sheep and to see what people do with wool.Very inspiring - there is so much talent 'out there'.To say nothing of supplies and more supplies.LOL

So you know to take plenty of money then If you have the time to take loads of photos and do a blog post for us after, we'd love you to do it. Or your own craft fair, people always love to read about these kind of things.

The secret is to take cash and leave the plastic behind. Then temptation can be limited.

Ok Zed will take lots of pics and then see what happens. I doubt my writing skills are up to those of Ruthlane who gave a real sense of immediacy in her writing - it felt like we were there with her.

That was a guest post from Felicity, I think she's flicstar here, but not here often. 'ruthlane' is the same person as MTRuth here Photos with a description would be fine if you don't mind doing it, as long as there's wool, fibre, sheep etc!

Thanks for explaining about the posting Zed. Yes, Sue, I am Ruth Lane but we have many guest posts that I just publish for our members when they have a topic they would like to post about. So if you have other ideas for posts, we love to have guest writers.
