Judith, you must be so excited to have a new loom! I have heard great things about the Kromski looms and spinning wheels. You really hit the jackpot, and your first weaving is wonderful! Cheers!

Thanks for the nice comments. Cathy, I had loopy selvedges at first, but solved it, then my warp tension on one side became unbalanced, so I decided to call it a day and cut it off. It will serve as a what not to do sample! Flickr isn't playing with me tonight, so can't post a photo. I'm now trying to spin a fine warp BFL on 15:1. We'll see how that works out.

Keeping proper tension on the warp is quite tricky for me as well. The thinner the yarn, the more issues I seem to have. Hmmm
