They're nice, Judy Terriea said she'll be in touch when she gets back from Europe. But she always has lots of info on her blog terriekwong.blogspot.co.uk/Pricing is a big barrier for a lot of courses, I think. Not that they're necessarily unreasonable, but it does mean many of us couldn't afford them. Hopefully, more people will get involved with our forum to teach classes. That includes any of our members here, too

I have done printing with fruits and veggies - you can use thickened dyes, inks, paint etc.
