Good on you zed, look forward to seeing your yarns. I've not had my spindles out for ages, I was just starting to get the hang of it, will probably have to start from scratch again.

Judith you can take some of our summer if you like ! we've had it very hot and its not over yet, mid to high 30's every day for weeks and weeks and weeks, were all exhausted from the constant heat. This has been our longest summer yet i think lol

Judy - whatever you're drinking, I'll have a pint too. Your energy is enviable.
Zed - I'm looking forward to seeing what you spin. 'Art Yarn' makes a lovely felt inclusion.
Judith - I hope you get some use from your new summer frocks, but the salt and grit lorries are out in force tonight so I don't think you'll be wearing them tomorrow.
Karen - No thanks, I'd rather be a tad chilly than too hot. I'm like a limp lettuce when it goes above 22C. Also, Annie says thank you for your lovely comment - she couldn't reply to you because your email address on the comment form doesn't respond.

Well, I am only drinking lemonade, so help yourself. haha. Today I spent about an hour listening to the radio and doing some beading. A very low key day. We have had a very long winter so I guess the weather just kind of does it's own thing. Looking forward to Spring.

Karen, we have the other extreme this morning, horizontal snow, it's a white out! Pretty though, I love the snow - at the right time of year - and that is not now! Lyn, seems like it's countrywide, we expect a bit more in the north, but even the supposedly mild South West is having a blizzard. Judy, must buy lemonade, does sugar-free work? I can't afford to have too many calories!!

Thanks, Lyn and Judith We had a mini blizzard yesterday and the temperature dropped massively. I can't bear the heat at all it gets me so agitated and annoyed, it wouldn't be so bad if we had air-con as well as the regulation 10 inches of loft insulation

I only drink sugar free, I am on a perpetual diet. We are getting freezing rain again. This is getting pretty old.

things are just about normal here for weather (touch wood). just above freezing in the day and just below at night. maple syrup weather. I heard on the radio that the south of England and huge pieces of Europe are closed do to a blizzard. Judy you have had a long hard winter.
