OOOOO pretty Zed and all colour coordinated. I can hardly wait for school to finish so I can have some uninterrupted days so I can get some felting done.

My daily dose. Whilst out walking we had to pass through a farm/B&B that is also a wool shop - I know, life is just tough at times! The lady there rears her own Angora goats and Herdwick sheep, producing a range of mohair and wool products, and natural and hand dyed yarns, dyed by herself. Well of course I bought something, is it not compulsory?! I bought a ball of olive green Boucle Mohair, great for landscape pictures, and a bag of luscious hand dyed mohair locks. Now do I need more locks?, of course not, but I seemed to have them in a vice-like grip.....I could just sit and look at these! www.dropbox.com/s/u20iv8nnjl83n0c/20170618_173127.jpg?dl=0

Sounds like a place you will walk again. Sometimes the locks just follow you home.

My daily dose was digging out my UFO's to make them saleable. I have signed up for a craft fair towards the end of November, so a good catchment time for Christmas gifts (sorry to mention that in June!). It is a small village fair but I am beyond the point where I really have to do something with the things I have made!

I think the Christmas Craft Fairs are the best of the year because people are looking for original gifts. Good luck!

Christmas fairs are the bread and butter of crafters and artisans. I know people that work all year just to do 1, 2 or 3 shows at Christmas and that is their years sales. My daily dose yesterday was to make more rollags. I have a nice variety of colours now for spinning. I did ply a couple of things too. I had to clear the spindles. Mostly want I seem to do lately is make meat pies and bake cakes and tarts and cookies. Good thing I take Monday nights to go socialise at the gild and do something fibery.

Yes I agree regarding Christmas fairs. I think if I had only one section of the year to choose, just before Christmas must be the most profitable.
By the way, whilst at Woolfest I bought a 10g packet of banana fibre, it looks like mulberry silk top to me, does it behave in the same way?
