Still here, heading for home late today. I didn't get to Bungay. But did go to Wroxham Barns, very cute craft shops & petting zoo. They have really super quilting shop , not cheap of course but great variety. Unfortunately my Mum hasn't been too well, so partial change of emphasis for my trip.

Sorry to hear your Mum hasn't been too well and hope she gets better soon.
There are two great yarn shops in Norwich, one is on a cobbled back street I can't remember the name of where they also have some Kaffe Fassett fabrics, merino roving blends and a gorgeous selection of yarns. Was it the one on St Giles St you were mentioning? Also a great little sewing machine shop where I recently bought a reconditioned Bernina. Beccles has a quaint little yarn shop which also sells beads, buttons, ribbons, embroidery kits, tapestry kits, enbroidery and tapestry threads, craft cards, sewing boxes....... it's quite an emporium in its old-fashioned way. A Norwich trip usually ends up with some kind of fatality for my purse ;-)

The one in Pottergate, Norfolk Yarn, apparently now sell some tops - I think fairly limited but good to have some!
