Some news of the spinning wheel in Lego : My husband put it on LEGO Ideas. It works like this : in one year, if it gathers 10 000 supporters, LEGO Team analyses it to see if they sell it as an official set. So if you would like to support my husband’s spinning wheel, you can vote (you need to create a profile) on the website. idea lego(I think my husband is dreaming about it : last night he awakened me saying : "no, it's not the right piece" ;-)

I hope he gets enough likes. Lego is not being on the ball. They could offer made to order kits. they could have thousands form peoples submissions. If someone wants a particular kit, someone puts it together and sends it out.

Really really super, Elizabeth. I'm sure the recipient will be pleased, & what a nice surprise for her. & Tallulah is rather beautiful too - & looks like she knows it!

Really like the effect you have created with your scarf Elizabeth is the main piece felt or silk - do tell all :-)

A big project : I did a "prefelt" in BFL oatmeal (which will be the inside of the jacket - half of the front on picture, the edges are not finished -, the outside being turquoise-orange-brown) : I use the sewing pattern of this model : linkI add 5 cm x 2 on the front to be able to put a zip using this tipI will check the size with the inside (without the sleeves) and then I will felt the outside at the embellisher. And then I will put it at the washing machine. As I use at least 3 layers of wool (perperperdicular), 2 of them beig the shrinked perfelt, normally the size won't change. ( Pandagirl it's the same technique for the hat)
