I've been busy. I looked at one of my old tutorials on our blog (wet felt pod) and decided it really was time for a re-vamp. I've written easier instructions and taken better photos. Here's the link: wet felt podFor a bit of light relief, I made some more cobweb bowls. A few have been put in 'the box' for recycling as I didn't think they were fit for public consumption, but I rather like this one. It's quite small - 3" tall, 7" wide.

It looks good Lyn. If you don't like them why not wet them down ad reshape them see if you like them better then.

Thanks Ann but they are beyond salvation for cobweb bowls - either too thick or too thin - but I will re-purpose them as surface embellishment on new pieces of felt. All part of the learning process.
Thanks Zed.

Bowl is gorgeous lyn. Do you stiffen it, and if so, how?

First make cobweb felt then use CMC paste before moulding over a bowl.
(Annie and I like these so much we're going to put them in our next book.)
