This was interesting because I have been reading the Bible through again from Genesis on; and I have been trying to see if felted wool is mentioned anywhere. Many types of fabrics and animal hides are described as being used in the tent of the tabernacle and the garments of the priests. Many types of fabrics are described for garments of the people and women are mentioned who dye fabrics. But so far I have not noticed any mention of felt. I thought this was strange because I knew it was an ancient art.
