Maybe you could get it a lift to the top of the mountain on a ski lift and you could give it a little push and roll it down the mountain.

Thanks Karen! I've started getting yurt making on the brain again. I'm definitely starting to work out the details soon. We don't have the horse but we're going to use the tractor. Too bad I don't have a herd of sheep for the wool. I have to find 200+ pounds of wool to use somewhere ;D

We could invite Momo. She does some really nice work and she doesn't seem to have been very active over there recently!

Judith feel free to inviter her. I think she would be a valuble member, she does great work. I am the only one that can still get into the other forum I think. I don't want to be seen as trying to steel members from Kay.

When I was a tour guide at our local art museum, there was an artist who had huge wall hangings. They were just incredible. She had pictures of how she made her felt. She pulled it behind a tractor and used a bamboo mat for rolling. I never forgot that exhibit.

Anyone still over there should invite all the wet felters to come here. Whenever I look at new posts, it's just needle felting or Introduce yourself posts.

You're right zed, not much wet stuff there. We're all here of course! There are also some people selling tutorials on there, which doesn't seem right to me. Having said that, what's the bet I can't get in there now.
