Hello, again! Here the weather is so warm that my very lightweight cobweb style scarves, and all the things used to make them, are dry in no time, so I can keep making new things. :-) I have made these new scarves, I hope you like them, although I am using always the same colours, turning them around and around. :-) I have only brought a few colours with me. www.dropbox.com/s/tdu31jpgzy28fdk/img_20210805_164911.jpg?dl=0Here are details of the scarves: www.dropbox.com/s/zk8vd4hmv2bcjq6/img_20210805_164938.jpg?dl=0www.dropbox.com/s/kqr88yjv9hy8bx2/img_20210805_164920.jpg?dl=0www.dropbox.com/s/q85ks3dxv6t8lqe/img_20210805_164928.jpg?dl=0In the other thread I forgot to mention that they are all made of merino 23 mic, sari silk and/or tussah silk, and in the eggshell coloured one also some strips of silk fabric (I have a blank on what type of silk fabric right now, I will write it as soon as it comes to my mind).

They are pretty and will 'dress up' any outfit - and they are ideal for when the warm weather starts to chill in the evening!

They are pretty and will 'dress up' any outfit - and they are ideal for when the warm weather starts to chill in the evening! Thank you, Lyn. Yes,I was thinking about mid seasons, but I discovered that they can be well received for colder months as well. I have been gifting thicker scarves for winter, but some of my relatives say that they are too heavy and not fit well tucked under a coat: they'd rather have lightweight ones even in winter, so that they will not be bulky underneath a coat! Of course, in our area in Italy we only go to minus 10 Celsius maximum (and that maybe one night in a year), the average in winter is around 0 degrees Celsius.

Nice work, Caterina. You have certainly found a good way to pass your quarantine. I have not tried to make a scarf yet so it is interesting to see your progress.

Nice work, Caterina. You have certainly found a good way to pass your quarantine. I have not tried to make a scarf yet so it is interesting to see your progress. Thank you! It is very relaxing to me! And very good practice, because I needed to improve my control of quantity of wool used in my layouts: I tended to use too much wool, and get a bit uneven layouts. I am really learning a lot, :-) and I am making a lot of friends and relatives happy! Lol
