I went into town yesterday to the fabric shop and bought myself some goodies essential supplies I didn't know but they were having a sale, so I got a nice surprise at the till when my my 21 metres of fabric only cost around £21! I got almost 4 metres of synthetic chiffon for just over £1 I got a few types of muslin, the chiffon, some organzas, some netting/tulle types (some of which was only 40p a metre!) and some synthetic crepe. I just need to organise it and store it now!

Those look great Zed. I am supposed to be finding different colors of tulle for my class but my options around here are limited.

I could only see a few colours, I think there was pink, the lilac I got and maybe black, there was a really nice blue but it was wrapped up and I wasn't sure if it was being sold by the roll. Oh, there was red too, but it never photographs well

There is no feeling to compare with that of having new goodies (uhumm - essentials) to drool over!

It's always fun to go shopping for essentials.
Ruth, with nylon tulle you could dye it yourself with acid dye.

Ann- I know I could dye it but I was hoping I wouldn't have to as I don't have much time to get everything done. Busy in the summer time!
