Is there any nutrition and/or calories in wool fibres? Do they actually provide any fibre? Do they eventually form 'fur-balls' that need coughing up? Just wondering because as I lifted my tea mug to my lips, the light shining on the surface of the tea showed up several wool fibres! They probably act as a garnish on my meals too.

Funny, I find wool fibers floating around everywhere and I'm sure I have consumed a few as well.

I often find wool felted onto my clothes. I'm guessing fibres are sitting on my garments then they go into the washing machine I just find it amusing and pick it off! I think I found some in the fridge once.

I am sure I have eaten more than my fair share of fiber but they are always saying we need more fiber in our diets.

I get through lint rollers like I own shares in the companies! Hearing an exasperated 'I'm sick of fibres everywhere!' as some are picked off food is not unusual in our house! I'm not that bothered, but if I find one of my own clean hairs, I gag
