When I announce the Giveaway winner on the studio site tomorrow, I thought I'd post some texture pics too, just because I like them I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has any they might want to link to in the comments. Have a look through your photos, add them to your blog or look through flickr and we might get a nice collection of texture inspiration. This is the organza base of a piece I did a while back

Zed - I really like that piece in the photo!
I've done nuno felting with silk chiffon (love the bubbly frilly edges to the scarves and the texture in the main part) and several man-made fibres. Does the organza nuno felt the same way or does it need some special attention?

Thanks Lyn Organza kind of follows all the same rules as felt, like it will ruffle/ripple/ruche more if less wool is used, but generally being stiffer less parts of it stick and the ripples etc tend to be on a bigger scale. It depends what's on the other side too, more wool, more organza etc
