Marian - I missed seeing this post in November - I love the results you got from the food dye, and the vase and clutch you made from the wool.
Viltmaaraan - what a lovely lot of dyeing! The jumper is gorgeous.

Nice dye spin and knit. Is it one of those patterns you knit from side to side instead of up and down? Yes, that is right, I knittes it from the right to the left, so starting wiht the end of the sleeve.

Vitmaaraan, great colors! Will you get any fading? I don't know yet, according to the person I bought it from, the answer is 'no' for most of the colours, but I can't remember anymore wich one the exception was. Maybe it will fade afterall after some years. by that time it will not fit me anymore.. I think.

Lovely jumper Marian. I'm a new spinner, but just have drop spindles at the moment. It will take me ages to spin up enough for a jumper, so a hat will be my first project with my own handspun.
