Hi I thought I'd start a new temporary thread where we can talk about any problems or changes that need to be made before we let everyone know about the forum. If anyone has any ideas, just let us know thanks!

I'm glad you're both liking it so far. I'm still learning how things work too, as long as I can edit my typos and post pics I'll be happy

What about a thread for things we are happy to trade / sell ie hand dyed yarn etc?
And what about...today I am making.....

Shelley - I'm not sure where I would put "today I am making" - it seems that those posts usually go into the category in which they fit ie nuno felting etc. I made a marketplace category. I guess we could put swaps under there as well if we wanted.

Now I've learned to spell fibre the American way, I've been able to access the site:o) Still finding my way around, but think it should be good.

Judith, I've had to spell it 'Fiber' so many times lately that I realised yesterday I did it automatically I need to drink lots of tea to make me feel British again

Well, since I'm koffipot, I should be able to spell it without the tea.

This causes me problems...the other day I had to write fibre on a board in front of 10 students and for a few moments my poor brain was going...fibre...fiber....fibre....fiber....

My spell checker keeps highlighting fiber. I have it set to British English. Americans always had to be different. ;D
