Thanks everyone. I wore it to the Dallas/Fort Worth FiberFest this weekend and was mugged! It really slowed down my shopping because I had to answer so many questions and stop for admiration. I had a lovely, fun, and expen$ive time there. Thanks for all the encouragement.

Oooo... Did you take photos of your experience at the FiberFest? We'd love to see or if you wanted to write a blog post about your experience, you could send it to one of us and we'd post it for you. The blog readers enjoy seeing what's available in other parts of the world.

I really was trying to shop as fast as possible because my DH was running errands after dropping me off. As it was, he was able to get in a beer between finishing his errands and my shopping. I laid awake last night wishing I had bought this fiber or that silk... I'll try to think about doing something for you when I'm in Peru. There's also some kind of fibery convention this fall that I'll pay more attention to.

So the scarf was finished - to perfection it seems!

Sounds good Elizabeth. I just enjoy seeing the possibilities for exploring fiber that I don't get to visit.
