More eco-dyeing, this time boiled golden beets produced a pale yellow color. Very subtle. Sure wish I had some eucalyptus leaves! Eco-dyed fibers by catwycliff, on Flickr

Thanks, Marilyn and Frances! I used my eco-dyed beet fiber for the pre-felt inlays. I do need more practice on resist-based bags.

Nada, I love the cut outs on the first one and the inclusions on the second one. Very dramatic with the silk embellishments melted into the wool. What kind of wool did you Use? Did you have any pockets inside?
