Thanks for sharing this wonderful article about the dog needle-felter. Truly awesome work! What an obvious opportunity for the newspaper to introduce needle-felting to folks, with an informative sidebar, a couple photos of equipment used, etc.

I had to look really hard at the white dog with the green collar, sitting on a windowsill, as at first I thought it was a real dog!

They were all very realistic. They make really nice pet memorials.

Fabulous work. So lifelike and so like the live dog. I did think it was funny that they say she uses wool and real animal hair. Is wool fake animal hair? LOL

Ha, I wonder if it's the actual 'hair of the dog' so to speak.

I made a pillow out of a ladies dog hair. She collected the hair from its' hair cuts. De had been dead for several years when I made her a pillow. It shed like crazy.

Great replicas, so realistic! Your comments about DM are about right, I see they don't proof read either! However it's still an intersting article.

I remember that, Ann My girlfriend has a theory about the DM, that it deliberately doesn't proof read or correct its confusing headlines as their weird version of click-bait. I wouldn't be surprised since many of the comments are usually about their typos and grammar
