Thanks, Lyn and Ruth It's the same email address for the application and the info, they actually say if you want info email or phone, I emailed, then phoned and was told my details would be passed on. I looked up her twitter, Apparently, she had a migraine on Tuesday, she's still feeling bad but has managed to tweet and retweet the competition info. Shame they can't answer the emails too.

Depending on the number of emails it may take a couple of weeks to go through all of them - so I would not expect an answer right away

The deadline is 31st Jan, then they announce the winners on the 8th Feb, and the exhibition starts mid March. That doesn't give much time to get organised and make stuff if you have no idea how much you will need. Even if you do finally get answers in time to enter. They shouldn't start something if they don't have the staff to see it through properly.

Yes, Zed, they sound a bit disorganized and not very thoughtful not to answer their messages.. Sad indeed..

Squeezed in a couple hours yesterday to make this wet-felted vase. I was starving for felting! vase1 by catwycliff, on Flickr

Beautiful - I particularly like the inside detail and the top edging cascading over.

Thanks, ladies! I really enjoyed getting back to felting and really didn’t want to quit at the end…it’s really important to squeeze in that daily (weekly?) dose of fiber.

Like the detail on the vase -
Well, I am jumping for JOY - the Driving Cap was a sucess - you can read about it under wet felting - Men's Driving Cap - The challenge turned out to be the Hat Block - I think I had thought about the making of the cap enough that it just fell into place once I started.
