What a fabulous cat cave. the lichens are great and so are the morning glories. I had forgotten about this challenge. I had better get on with something.

Oh that's great, love the lichen and the flowers are are great touch - but will they get chewed off by the cat?!

I don't know what the cat will think about this whole idea. And I'm not sure if I got the size right. I know that he likes to climb into bags of all kinds, including my felting tote. If it seems that he is interested in chewing on the flowers I can needle them right into the surface as a flat design. I wouldn't want to create a hazard. I made this for my daughters cat so I'll have to see how it goes.

Ann, I'll be watching for your project. There's still a bit of time to get one done. It seems much later than it is. Today I was out working in the yard in a t-shirt. It doesn't seem possible it's only 3/11. There were so many birds singing it got me thinking about those bird nest pods.. I still want to give one of those a try

That's terrific! The blue flowers are quite beautiful and set the british soldiers off a treat.
How big is the cat cave?

Pam I can fix that for you. How many would you like? I have no idea what I am going to do, maybe a dye technique.

I think I will have to remodel the cat cave to make it a bit larger. Oboe the cat managed to squeeze in but the whole cat won't fit at once . He just got it yesterday and seemed to enjoy playing with it. I don't know yet if he will decide to sleep in it or at least on it. My daughter said he really seemed to like the smell of it. And yes, he does seem interested in the flowers. I will let you know how long they last.
