Judith, Sorry, I posted in "off topic" as Ann suggested. I thought you'd be able to see my whole album if I posted one pic and I could just add my jewelry pics to the album. We live in the garage. lol There's a metalworking shop, a wood shop, office and car storage. There's also a computer, refrigerator and TV out there. I'll get the photo thing figured out and add the bowls and jewelry.

Judith, I've fallen asleep out there in a reclining lawn chair. Also there are large rubber backed rugs in some areas that are cool to lay on due to the concert floor. My husband can sleep anywhere. I found him, one time, asleep in the trunk of a classic car that he was working on.

My brother would be more than happy there, but his wife would need more creature comforts! We also have a cousin who is a 'Jaguar' fanatic, they recently moved house and chose their new home because it was a large garage with small living accommodation!!
The sleeping rugs sound good to me, we have a son who lived in Japan for several years, and of course sleeping was on futons, which were put away in large cupboards each morning. We thought it was a very good arrangement and have one or two futons which we use when we have too many guests, though I have to say that it us more often us who use the futons and find them very comfortable. Our grandchildren love them too.

Judith, We have a friend that use to be an attorney for Jaguar Corporation. He moved here when he retired and we met him at a cruise night. He has a collection of beautiful cars, Bentley, Ferrari, Rolls and Jaguars and was President of the local Jaguar club. I think one of his license plates is "Jagnut". You meet a lot of interesting people in the car hobby. One of his buddy's that we met at the same time was the psychologist for the first US astronauts. AND I just found out that his wife (psychologist not Jaguar man) is the president of a local weavers guild. He has a big barn where he stores the cars and your sister-in-law would love it because there are sofas and arm chairs all through the barn. I just finished mowing so I didn't get to take any pics of the copper bowls and I'll be at a corvette show tomorrow. Our 1963 split window will be on display and I'm taking one of the newer vettes to show. Don't care if we win anything cause we have enough trophies. All proceeds go to a charity so it's a nice event
