Great experiments! My vote for the best goes to 47151216 - lovely! Thank you, Lyn. That was a bag handle felt rope that I decided not to use (turned the bag into an iPad cover) so it was reasonably hard & I cut it across. I’m slightly worried the bits might drop out - they have felted in a bit but I don’t want to tug on them to test just how firmly.

Thank you, Chinsky, it’s nice to think I have a style. Sometimes it’s easier to see that in other people’s work than in your own.

I really like the bag handle one too. could you needle felt them a bit from the back? Thanks, Ann. Maybe needle felt, yes. Actually, now it’s dried it seems a bit firmer so unless I’m going to use it for something I’ll probably leave it and see how it holds together.

Great smaples, they are all lovely and each has its own story. It’s fun to experiment!
