The wall units have been assembled and I have begun the process of moving all my supplies up in the studio. I have butterflies in my stomach its been rather exciting after all the blood sweat and tears getting to this point.
I've been limping all week though with a badly brusied foot after a wooden table we purchased collapsed as I moved it slightly last Sunday. We were horrified to see how it was made, tiny screws holding it together, we returned it to the hardware store they were also horrifed and removed their stock from the shelves. Imagine how dangerous it would have been if it had collapsed on small children or at an event hot food items. I shudder to think. We were refunded and ended up purchasing another plastic topped table from the opposition hardware store.
I am loving all these clean plastic storage containers that come on wheels, so easy to store your items and to find them again. I must admit I really need to curb my desire to purchase knitting wool, I mean I don't knit but I have 2, 3 drawer containers full of various wool. Course I'm only admitting to you all on this list as I know you will understand.
So glad we painted it all white as the various fibres add all the colour I need. I t will be so lovely to start a project and not have to rush etc, to finish and tidy away I don't know how I have managed all these years. Will take some photos over the next few days as I get more organized.
