I'm always on the lookout for interesting natural colored fiber. White mohair is one of my favorites since it is a nice clean white and picks up natural dyes better than anything else. But natural colored mohair is also beautiful. Here is a picture with white, silver and apricot mohair locks. The color of the apricot fleece was uniform throughout. It's warm gray with amber tips. The silver fleece ranges from almost black to platinum. All of it is super glossy.

Ruth, I like to use mohair on felt fish. I'm hoping the silvery colors will work for Salmon.
