Hello all,
Pleased to see a string of new members recently, which encouraged me to say hello as well. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and my daily life revolves around sheep and dogs, and hence I have a deep appreciation for wool.
I enjoy 2D needle felting and drawing with color pencil. My subject matter is primarily the sheep and the dogs, and my artwork is often inspired by the scenes I see on a regular basis. For me the two fit hand in glove. I love to capture detail, although more recently I am feeling a nudge toward 'less is more' in my artwork.
I look forward to this forum. Thank you to the founding members and those who do the behind the scenes work to make it happen.
My work can be viewed at aseib.wordpress.com
Cheers, Arlette
