Mine are still slip-sliding in the kitchen. Unfortunately, being cats, they only do it when we are not around. I find the aftermath of the rug resting halfway up the kitchen cabinets or on the other side of the room. >^,^<

I made slippers yesterday, and I am officially out of my felting slump. Yeah! I used a simple oval shape, not wanting to get too fancy. Photo coming after they dry!

Looking forward to seeing them Cathy and good for you, getting out of the felting slump. I'm still in mine, though I'm doing other fibre works. Two dyepots cooling just now - Rudbeckia and Elderberry. When I was crossing the local park the other day, the gardeners were digging up the Rudbeckia, so I asked if I could have some of the fading flowers. They said yes, but gave me the 'this woman is completely nuts' look. I can live with that!

Zed, what a colorful wall hanging you made! Did you use silk or other fabric?

Thanks Teri and Cathy The pink horizontal strip middle left, and the purple(looks blue)/turquoisesy strip across the lower part are both silk. The blue and yellow vertical strips over the purple silk are gauze. Just to right of centre is a burgundyish gauze and top right is orangey gauze.
