Lovely shawl, Frances! I also enjoy random layouts of wool roving with embellishment fibers. I remember when you posted the lovely roving from the Angora Festival and wondered how you would use it. Was that roving all angora or mixed fibers?

Cathy - it was not labeled as different fibers - the white seemed to feel a little more silky - so I do not really know - I don't have enough experience to identify fibers. I now know when I purchase something that is mixed to ask for the identification of each of the fibers.

Frances - The shawl is beautiful and it's great that it turned out just as you wanted. It is good to get as much information about fibers as possible when you purchase them. I have found that sometimes people don't even know what they are selling.
