We have a very special blog post today on the studio site. Sara from Sara's Texture Crafts has kindly done a video for us. feltingandfiberstudio.com/2013/11/11/meeting-sara-from-saras-texture-crafts/She tells us how she got into felting via her her love of fibres and textiles, and how she sources wool, dyes, cards, spins the products she sells and a bit about her typical week running a business. It really is excellent, so as Kaz would say, get comfy, grab a cuppa (or coffee if you must!) and enjoy the video.

I really enjoyed watching the video too, I like her passion coupled with the knowledge she has of the industry, she chooses to go back to the sheep. ( i am drinking wine )

It was really nice to get an insight into the person and passion wasn't it? I don't know how anyone has time to fill all the orders needed to make a living let alone do gorgeous dyeing, carding, spinning etc!

Some people can get such a lot done in a short time. I can get a few things done...eventually...but with the speed of a sloth by comparison to Sara.

That was a great video - thanks Zed for getting that lined up. And yes, she makes us all feel like a sloth, doesn't she?
