Our Mixed Media Workshop for the High School Art Teachers was such a big success, we were treated like rock stars. Well, very old rock stars. They loved it. They ask us questions and took photos of all our demos. I worked for months on this presentation and I really didn't know if we could make it interesting enough for them. They just kept telling us how inspiring our presentation was. So, the reason I am telling you this is; we work so hard and sometimes we think that no one really cares about all the time and energy that you put into something. And then, all of a sudden you get to see the real value in what you are doing. All the hours of research and testing just seem worthwhile. The systems that we put into place will now be passed on to school children. Who knows, they may become artists one day. They particularly like my little felt art pieces. I showed them how to make flat felt in a ziplock bag.

This is great. It is so nice when you discover that others really see value in what you know and do.

Great job Judy - it is always nice to inspire others. And this is even better as they will go on to inspire their own students. Congratulations!
