In my continuing effort to declutter my life and make time for more studio work, I finally decided to let go of Yahoo email. I don't know if any of you use Yahoo, but something went terribly wrong with their email program. I think it may have been hacked but all the changes they have made recently have made their site a nightmare to navigate. The frustration level was growing and then they started making me do the capcha codes to send my emails because they considered me a spammer. This was due to the fact that I am sending newsletters to multiple addresses. Only 34 people. I left a complaint and then created a gmail account. This email format is so much cleaner and simplified with no advertising running along the side, like Yahoo. It took me all day to change email and passwords on all my accounts, but now it is done. I installed it on my phone and everything is good.

Sorry you had to go through that Judy. It is frustrating when stuff like that happens. I use gmail and like it.

I use Gmail too. One thing Judy make a new folder to put important email in. Gmail will start to guess which emails are import and and you will end up with 90%f your email copied into the "important " folder that is already there. It makes imposable to find the emails that really are important. You cant turn the service off.

Thanks for that advice Ann, I have a gmail account which I set up a while ago just for a few specific things. I seldom use it.

Ok, I like that idea. I will do that. I don't care much for the system of showing a whole conversation everytime someone does a reply. You have to sort through too much.
