It is Thanksgiving today in Canada and Columbus Day in the USA. Anyone one else having a holiday today or soon?

Nah, we did most of the invading, we just feel bad/sympathy on days like Columbus day/Australia Day etc.

Well, it's not as if Columbus really discovered the "new world" anyway. He just had better publicists.

I have overloaded my life to the point where I did not decorate for Easter, Independence Day, or Halloween. Now, that is sad. So at the end of this month, I will have parted ways with 3 of my jobs. I also found out that the color class that I was going to teach is being taught by another member of the guild. I was so happy. It really took a load off my mind. It was hard to resign from clubs, but this will give me more studio time and even leisure time at home. I still have plenty to keep me busy.

Way to go Judy! Too many obligations is always hard. I don't decorate for hardly anything anymore - even Christmas.

The Christmas decorations are all ready for sale in the stores here. By the time it is time to decorate I am sick of it. it is so over the tome now.
