I finished my beaded tassel today for my bead book. PICT9638 by fiberruth, on Flickr It was kind of a pain to make, very fiddly. But I like the result. Not sure I'll make another one though.

Very nice - but how did you manage it with a dodgy digit?

Thanks everyone! This is the book that I used to figure out how to make the tassel. I just did a very basic one. I was able to do this since the injured finger is on the left hand. So it just holds most of the time. I'm sure the book needs 3-4 tassels but that isn't happening.

That tassel is fantastic, but I can imagine the work involved. This book is turning out to be a real work of art. Wow.

It great Ruth It looks fiddly and time consuming to do. The result is really good. I assume you get to keep all your work form the class so you will always have it to look at. If it where me I think I might dismantle the book and make it into a framed sampler so I could hang it up and look at all of it easily.

Thanks! Ann - the bead book is pretty impressive as a book. I don't have enough wall space for that anyways.
