 www.flickr.com/gp/149312245@N05/Jho4R2Hi Everyone, I just received my fabulous card from Georgina - anewfeltpresence! Hope you can see the two pictures. The colors, textures and sparkles are super. Looks like she used a few resists for the layers of the tree which stands out from the background and also extends over the side of the frame a little. I inserted a close up so you could see the detail of this too. The white fibers reminds me of a light dusting of snow with just a little cloud in the sky. The yellow to the left of the tree gives it a little depth - yellow is my favorite color so it also makes me happy looking at it. The nepps on tree add some highlights and texture. A wonderful serene wintery scene - just love it!!!  It came with a really nice handmade card and fun decorated package. Will be looking for a frame to display it. Hope everyone enjoys their holidays! Lovely card / picture: very unusual too. I wouldn’t have thought of using resists that way for a tree. It’s very effective. The background is great as well.

 20201215_191220 by Mary Fay, on Flickr I'm in love with the card I received from Crystal Nielsen, it's gorgeous!! Beautiful felt and stitching. It really made my day opening it up. There was also a lovely surprise decoration in there - a traditional Danish paper heart called a Julehjerte.
