Walgreens came through and scheduled me for my second shot on Friday near my home. Craig got his shot about 35 miles away at a hospital. So we’re both covered.
Side effects were mild - sore arm, fatigue and aches, but manageable. Thanks again for listening and sending good wishes.

So glad you for that sorted, Marilyn. It is very stressful when you have something like that going on. I have my first vaccination today at a cinema (movie theatre) in Canterbury which is just a few miles from my home. I might have a wander about while I’m there. As there are no restaurants and only essential shops open, it will be interesting to see how different it feels. I might treat myself to a visit to a different supermarket (grocery store).

Do we have any members in Australia? On top of everything else (especially Covid) they are suffering the most appalling floods. It must be heartbreaking. I do hope everyone affected is safe and recovers from this extra set back and gets back to "normal" as soon as possible, though I know that it probably won't be that quick. Ann
