Here are the slipps made with the Wilton violet food coloring dyed roving: photos.app.goo.gl/bVEAYDk4VYJJayVs9Try as I might, the split colors blended more than I'd have wished. It even migrated into the green a bit.

Thanks! They're kinda...generic. My daughter doesn't want them adorned, and to me, the shape doesnt look so good. At least the colors are pretty!

I think they are pretty. is it dye that blead into the green or is it just the migration of the wool?

The dye didn't bleed at all. It was set well in the pot and no color rinsed out or washed out while felting and fulling. That's been my experience with kool-aid, too, as long as I make sure to bring the temp to 185, even if the bath goes clear long before. I fulled the bottoms of these slipps hard and think that is why the green side has so many purple whiskers lol.
