Whatever you decide, I don't think you will lose any followers! We all like the site too much for that! If you allow advertising, we will all get used to it. I'm afraid that for me this is not the year to ask for a subscription - right now I am dropping subscriptions rather than renewing. The shops where I usually sell my work have been closed as often as open. All my events got cancelled one after the other and I haven't been able to teach at all - the final one for the year (rebooked from a March date) was supposed to be next weekend but the girls thought it better to wait it out....until NEXT March. So that's it. Just about Zero income from craft this year! Sorry to hear this - making a living from craft is hard enough at the best of times but this year has been awful. It will pass. Keep your chin up.

KEEP IT KEEP IT KEEP IT. I Do Not nor will I Ever Facebook. I know some of you love it for various reasons and more power to you, but for the sake of individual choice, I love this forum idea. Yes, I am often challenged by the technology of posting pictures, but I will hi-jack someone between the ages of 10 and 20 if need be to get it done. I do appreciate the variety of topics and have gleaned much information from them. I am just now reaching a point to be able to devote more time to this fiber art genre, and am grateful to all of you as I live in a very remote and under “artsy” area of the world. Your advice is invaluable, your spirit indomitable. I need ya’ll....all ya’ll. Please keep this gathering of glorious creative people, those who post, don’t post, lead and follow, I am grateful to you all. Kimberly in Kansas

And I agree about facebook too - won't touch it with a barge pole. We hear so many nasty things about it. Keep up the good work girls. Hopefully I can join in and sponsor a month next year.
