Lindsay they are all fabulous but I particularly love the shells with the blue and black colouring, if they were here in Australia I would call them mussel shells. I also love the contents of these shells

I also love the contents of these shells Thanks, yes, we call them mussels too and they are delicious. I’ve been making them progressively smaller in the hope that at some point I may make a brooch but I find wet felting so small quite difficult so I haven’t got there yet! I suppose I could just give in and needle felt them.

I suppose I could just give in and needle felt them. But where would be the challenge then  Too large for a brooch could well be the right size to trim a seaside hat!
