That looks great Ruth. We are having a freeze thaw winter so far so the is some white but still lots of brown. We had freezing rain over night and a high of 0c and now it is -10c plus a wind and maybe some snow coming.
I moved my second pot in a pot along but designed and started a new one and then had to stop because the family wanted to have a new years dinner for some reason. The ham was good.
Wow beautiful picture of the snow, so high on a level with the cloud layer. I agree with Lyn we tend to prefer a no-snow winter here. Our snow is usually very wet turning quickly to a slushy mess which then freezes uneven and very slippery....it causes total chaos every time. We love travelling abroad to experience life properly with snow - crisp, dry, cold & beautiful.
Again like Lyn i’ve done some tidying of craft items and....yippee....unpacked my package from Hope Jacare. Can’t wait to use the gorgeous fibres.
I finished the 2 pot within a pots I was working on yesterday. One I am quite pleased with the other I am not sure. It didn't turn out the way I had hoped. I may be able to salvage it. I tried to make thin inner one smaller than the outer one and am not sure how to block the outer one properly. I t may take some thinking.
The pots are still drying. I plan on doing a blog post about them on Sunday so I will post them here at the same time. I have been making sketches for landscapes that will fit right in with quarterly challenge.
