Hey it's September! I just got back from a fabulous weekend art retreat. We screen printed and gelatin plate printed. I printed paper but the others printed fabric and paper. We had a great time, the weather was beautiful, we were in a lodge on a lake. I have piles of paper that I can use for my Art and Design class. Fun!

Sounds great Ruth. Yesterday I put snaps in bags and finished making felted soap. Today is button holes. Tomorrow is The first day of school so I am back to work driving kids to school.

I will share some photos but I have one day to get the first of the month chores done at the store, set up our exhibition for September and pack to go to class. Then I am off to session 6 of my Art and Design class. Plus, I have to write a blog post. Too much to do!!

Holiday here too. Labour day, so I laboured on my felt. I got the button holes sewn and the grommets/islets in and went to the guild social and plied lots of small balls of yarn.
It's Labour Day ther too, isn't it?

Yep, Labor Day here. Got nearly everything done and now just have to write a blog post. The stuff that didn't get done will still be there when I get back from class.

Nothing as busy as Ruth for me, just more card making as the time creeps closer for quite a number of fairs. Only have seven Christmas cards made so far, let's see if any go this weekend......
