Thought I’d post my latest felted picture ‘Big wave 3 - Saxon Shore Way’. Bear in mind that this part of the coast has pretty small waves so ‘big’ is relative!
I took this photo with the felt on top of the frame just before I framed it so that I didn’t get the glare from the glass.

I’m sure I wrote a post to say thank you for everyone’s comments but, well, it’s not here so maybe I forgot to actually touch the ‘post’ button. Anyway, thank you for your positive comments. I particularly like laying out this type of picture as it’s vigorous & not too precise, especially the wave bit where I can throw in lots of bits & pieces, locks, silk hankies, pearl fibre and sometimes scraps of reclaimed lace or tatting. Very good fun.
