Thanks for joining in. It’s never too late to add to a conversation. It would be great to see some of your work.
Yes, I have seen photos of Pam’s gorgeous felt. As the originator of the thread I was trying to work out for myself what shape or shapes of resists would produce different shell shapes. Alas I don’t have the money to do lots of courses though I’ve done one of the Felt & Fiber Studio ones (which was excellent) and I’m excited to be booked onto a seed pod course with Gladys Paulus later this year. In the end I developed a way of laying different thicknesses of wool to create highly shaped oyster shells though I may go back to snail type shells at some point!
