Thank you tracey. The reversibility aspect was not something I was thinking about at the beginning, it just turned out so that it can be worn on both sides.

Wow! So beautiful! And it will be cool in the heat. I like both sides equally Nada.

Great job Nada, I am loving these lace pieces that you're creating. I agree with Lyn, both sides are beautiful.

I looks lovely. I love the open spaces and the way you laid out the prefelt strips. I love doing scarves that way.

Thank you girls for your comments. I agree, this technique has a lot of potentials: you can make very light and summery garments, as well as scarves. Now I'm going to take a break from this. In fact I've bought a Rusian video on how to felt on real lace (whole surface) withouth shrinkeage. Can you believe it? I've only started watching the video and hopefully I'll come up with a sample at least. Getting intrigued.

Non shrinking felt that sounds interesting. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Non shrinking felt that sounds interesting. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Yes, that was intriguing for me too. I watched the whole vieo (Svetlana Tomofeeva is the author) and made some samples. It works! Actually the shrinkeage is very small, almost negligible. I will post about it when three more samples are finished.
